Coral Springs Charter made it four state championships in a row with a 4-1 victory over West Nassau (Callahan) in the 2018 Softball Class 5A title game at Historic Dodgertown in Vero Beach.

Oxbridge Academy (West Palm Beach) defeated Lake Highland Prep (Orlando) 55-39 to capture the school's first ever Girls Basketball State Championship and claiming the top spot in 2018 of Class 5A.

Miami Northwestern claimed their fifth football State Championship by defeating perennial power Armwood (Seffner) 21-16 in the 2017 6A title game held at Camping World Stadium in Orlando.

Pine Crest (Fort Lauderdale) goes back to back as they claim the 2017 Class 2A Girls Cross Country State Championship at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee. Tsion Yared took the top overall spot and lead her team to the championship.
