Spring 2008 Sports Participation Survey
Below is a list of the 6 member schools that have yet to submit the Spring 2008 Sports Participation Survey to the FHSAA Office. The original deadline was April 25, 2008. The second deadline for submission of this report was Friday, May 16, 2008. Schools that did not file by the second deadline were assessed a $100 late fee. There was a third deadline of Thursday, June 19, 2008. If surveys are not turned in by that date, additional fines were levied. Please fax the completed form as soon as possible to (352) 373-1528.
