Fall 2007 Sports Participation Survey

Below is the 1 member school that has yet to submit the Fall 2007 Sports Participation Survey to the FHSAA Office. The survey was posted originally on January 4 with a deadline of January 25 and a second deadline of February 29. These schools have been assessed a $100 late fee. The third and final deadline for submission of this report is Friday, Mar. 14, 2008. Schools that do not file by the deadline will be assessed an additional $100 late fee and will continue to accrue late fees each following week until the survey form is submitted.
