2017 FHSAA Compliance Seminar Dates Announced

The FHSAA Compliance Seminar is a one-day event, covering changes to FHSAA Bylaws and Policies, issues impacting athletic administrators throughout the state, the new software platform, and various other topics, that is open to FHSAA member school personnel.  Attendance will be mandatory for member schools in Administrative Sections 1 and 3. In accordance with Policy 5.1.6, all first-year ADs in the state of Florida regardless of section must attend the one of the seminars.

FHSAA Administrative Section 1:

  • When:  Thursday, July 20th
  • Where:  J.R. Arnold High School (Panama City Beach)
  • Registration:  May 1st – June 30th
  • Hotel Information:  TBD

FHSAA Administrative Section 3:

  • When:  Tuesday, July 25th
  • Where:  St. Lucie West Centennial High School (Port St. Lucie)
  • Registration:  May 1st – June 30th
  • Hotel Information:  TBD

NOTE:  Member schools that attend the FIAAA Annual State Conference in May are not required to attend an additional seminar in July.  In order to receive credit by attending the FIAAA Conference, a member school must attend, at a minimum, the following sessions: (1) FHSAA Eligibility & Compliance: Update, (2) FHSAA Athletic Software Presentation, (3) FHSAA Athletic Software Learning Lab, and (4) FHSAA Forum.
