Team and individual sport commitment form now due to FHSAA Office

The team and individual sport commitment form for the 2013-14 and 2014-15 classficiation cycle is now due to the FHSAA Office no later than 5 p.m. ET on Friday, Oct. 19, 2012. All member senior high/combination schools must submit this form.  This form will determine district or non-district placement of your school's team for the next classification cycle. Member middle schools will submit a separate document at a time to be determined.
