Fall 2012 student population report ready to be filled out

The fall 2012 student population report is now ready to be filled out by all member senior high/combination schools. THIS IS NOT FOR THE ASSOCIATION'S 96 STAND ALONE MIDDLE SCHOOLS. Click the link below to fill out the online survey. It is due no later than Friday, Oct. 26, 2012 at 5 p.m. ET. The biggest changes this year are:

• The FHSAA is now asking member schools to include 6th - 8th graders in the population count. This is for all 6th - 8th graders and not just the student-athletes.
• All non-traditional students are to be combined into one number. Just like the previous two years of this online submission, it is to a two-year average of non-traditional students.

Note: Even if your school does not have any students in grades 6-8, you must still put a "0" in each box when filling out the report. The report cannot be submitted without all fields filled in.

Your submission has been successfully sent when you get a confirmation screen that the report has been submitted and your school's name disappears from the dropdown list.

If you are having technical issues please contact FHSAA Network Administrator Mike Herchel at mherchel [at] fhsaa [dot] org.
