FHSAA Hall of Fame administrator Morris H. Rogers passes away

Florida High School Athletic Hall of Fame administrator Morris H. Rogers, 89, passed away on Friday, September 14. Rogers, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1995, graduated from Laurel Hill High School in 1941 and was an influential figure in Okaloosa County for decades.

A time of visitation will be held Tuesday, September 18 from 5-8 p.m. at Whitehurst Funeral Home Chapel in Crestview. A memorial service is set for Wednesday, September 19 with the time and location to be announced.
