Spirit cheerleading 2012-13 rules interpretations

Attached below is the copy of the 2012-13 official rules interpretations for spirit cheerleading. The National Federation no longer print rules interpretations but provides each state association a copy. In addition, all NFHS rules interpretations are posted on the website at www.nfhs.org. They also are available to all members of the NFHS Officials Association on the NFHS Central Hub at www.nfhs.arbitersports.com.
