Pine Crest's Jacob Goldberg honored at NFHS national conference

Jacob Goldberg, a student-athlete at Pine Crest in Fort Lauderdale, was named the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) National Spirit of Sport award winner for his inspiring story. Goldberg, who was honored by the FHSAA at the Academic All State awards banquet in Gainesville in June, was on hand in Nashville, Tenn., to accept his award from the NFHS.
