GA1 form (personnel list/coaches cards) now available for submission
The GA1 form, which all member high school and middle schools fill out to list all athletic personnel and to order "coaches cards," is now available online to be submitted through the C2C system. Forms submitted correctly by July 30 will have the cards sent to the school in the fall packout set to take place Aug. 2. If the GA1 is turned in after July 30 and before the deadline, cards will be mailed out the Friday of the week the form is received. Forms not turned in by the deadline may result in a fine and cards not shipped to the school.
The deadline to turn in the form is Sept. 7, 2012. Read the directions carefully!
