Nomination forms available for Official of the Year and Officials Association of the Year

Attached are the nominations forms for "Officials Association of the Year" and "Officials of the Year". Nominees must exemplify the highest standards of ethical conduct, moral character and carry the endorsement of their respective local association.

The deadline to submit a nomination is Arpil 27, 2012. Selections will be announced and awards presented at the 2012 FHSAA Officials Leadership Conference in Gainesville on June 9, 2012.
