Applications for new and continued membership with FHSAA now available

All continuing member schools must fill out an MB2 form for renewal. Schools seeking first-time admission into membership must fill out the MB3 form. A letter on how to fill out each form is below. Please e-mail all questions to application [at] fhsaa [dot] org.

All member schools must have their accounts and financial reports up to date or the membership application may not be processed.
