PLAC sectional meetings set; Section 4 appeals moving sites

The four dates and locations for the Public Liaison Advisory Committee meetings to coincide with the Sectional Appeals Hearings have been set. Times are listed below. This is an opportunity for interested members of the general public to address issues regarding the effectiveness of the rules, operation, and management of the FHSAA.

Also, due to BCAA's relocation from Lockhart Stadium, January 2012's Section 4 Appeals Hearing and PLAC meeting will be located at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.  For more information, please contact Associate Executive Director Denarvise Thornton via e-mail at dthornton [at] fhsaa [dot] org.
 

• Section 1 Appeals / PLAC meeting - Wednesday, January 4 from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. (Tallahassee - Leon County School Board Facilities Building)
• Section 2 Appeals / PLAC meeting - Tuesday, January 11 from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. (Ocala - Marion County Educational Leadership Center)
• Section 3 Appeals / PLAC meeting - Thursday, January 5 from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. (Bradenton - Manatee School District Office)
• Section 4 Appeals / PLAC meeting - Friday, January 6 from 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (Ft. Lauderdale - St. Thomas Aquinas High School)
