Information needed from many schools in volleyball playoffs

For all schools that have won their girls volleyball regional quarterfinal match (including class 1A that does not have quarterfinals), the VB4 form and team photo was due to the FHSAA office by Friday, Nov. 4 at 9 a.m. Follow all instructions on the form and the team photo must be at least 150 DPI in resolution ... 300 preferable. 

As of the afternoon on Nov 4, less than half of the participating schools have submitted this information. Schools failing to submit the information by noon EST on Monday, Nov. 7 will be fined $50.
