2011 student population report ready to be filled out

Please read all instructions carefully. The form is the same as last year where it also asks for an average of non-standard students for the past two school years. Your school's name will disappear from the dropdown menu upon successful completion. Be mindful of which school you are choosing! Several member schools around the state have the same or similar names. The school's city is after each school name for reference. The deadline to report your school's student population is Friday, Nov. 4, 2011 at 5 p.m. EST.

This population report is for member senior high schools/combination schools to fill out. Member middle schools are not to submit this survey.
