GA1 form due Sept. 9

This is just a reminder that GA1 forms are due from all member schools by Sept. 9, 2011. The GA1 is the coaches information form/coaches cards order form. If you have already received your coaches cards, then your GA1 has been turned in complete and there is no further action on your part. If you turned in the GA1 any time between Thursday, Aug. 18 after 12 noon EST and now, and the form was filled out correctly, then your cards will be mailed on Thursday, Aug. 25. If you turned in the form during this time frame, please do not inquire about the status of your coaches cards until next week until UPS has delivered its parcels. You will only receive notification from the FHSAA office if the form was filled out incorrectly. As of Tuesday, Aug. 23 approximately 30 schools had incorrectly filled out the GA1 and have been notified of such.
