FHSAA welcomes 35 new schools to the Association

The Board of Directors at its year-end meeting on June 13-14, 2011 voted to accept 35 new members into the FHSAA, with 33 of them being high schools/combination schools. The Association also saw nine high schools/combination schools and six middle schools leave. That list is at the bottom of the page. It is very important to check these lists! Scroll through the entire page to gather information about member and former member schools. Please note that the Approved Nonmembership level is no longer in place with the FHSAA. If a former Approved Nonmember school was not granted provisional membership, then that school can no longer be scheduled or played.

Four schools have been removed from full membership and placed into provisional membership due to a lack of full accreditation. All contracts with the schools below are valid and are to be honored. Any contracts with these schools for district play will not count as these schools have been moved from their districts into the Independent category.
