2011 Swimming & Diving regional meet host application available

Athletic directors and principals:
 Please see the attached information regarding hosting of the 2011 Regional FHSAA Swimming & Diving Meet. Since the districts have not been released, we are asking you leave the first section blank (the section asking for which region/district you are assigned to). We know that pool reservations fill up quickly, but the dates of the region meets do not reflect which district/region your school is in.
