FHSAA signs contract with Panhandle Sports Broadcasting


GAINESVILLE —The Florida High School Athletic Association has signed with Panhandle Sports Broadcasting (PSB) to operate the FHSAA Radio Network at state championship events. Currently, the following events will have an audio web cast:

Girls Volleyball
Football
Girls & Boys Basketball
Softball
Baseball

The following sports will have live streaming video of the event:

Cross Country
Swimming & Diving
Wrestling (finals)


"We think it's a fantastic partnership between the FHSAA and PSB," said Roger Dearing, Executive Director of the FHSAA. "One of our main goals is to allow everyone the opportunity to listen or watch our championship events."

The live audio and video web casts will be free of charge. The links to have access to the streaming audio and video will be made available on the FHSAA web site (www.fhsaa.org) prior to the event.

About the FHSAA
The Florida High School Athletic Association is the governing body for interscholastic athletics in Florida. It has a membership of more than 750 middle and senior high schools, and sponsors postseason competitions to determine the official state high school champions in 30 different sports. The 16-member FHSAA Board of Directors is the executive authority of the Association.
