FHSAA hires Harrison, Robertson
GAINESVILLE - The FHSAA has found replacements for two vacancies. Justin Harrison, formerly the athletic director of Eastside High School in Gainesville will oversee operations for boys and girls golf, cross country, boys soccer, boys volleyball and water polo. He will also administer the NFHS Coaches Recognition Program.
Linda Robertson, the former assistant superintendent for business operations in the Indian River School District, will serve as the new CFO for the Association. Her primary duties include coordination of all fiscal aspects of the Association, staff management, and development of budgets and contracts for events and corporate sponsors, as well as other administrative duties in the general operations of the Association.
"We are delighted to have these two new people in our organization," said Executive Director Dr. John Stewart. "The two new administrators bring experience and skills for the continued success of the Association."
Robertson begins Monday, August 11 and Harrison begins Monday, August 18.

The Florida High School Athletic Association is the governing body for interscholastic athletics in Florida. It has a membership of more than 700 middle and senior high schools, and sponsors postseason competitions to determine the official state high school champions in 30 different sports.
