Special Pinch-A-Penny FHSAA Swimming & Diving Finals episode of Dodge High School Sports Report debuts Tuesday, Jan. 24
GAINESVILLE The 2005-06 Pinch A Penny All-State Swimming and Diving team has been announced! The 24 best swimmers and divers in the state are featured in the newest episode of the Dodge High School Sports Report. Hosts Christina Vitale and Bernie Guenther join reporters from Pensacola to Miami to feature these 24 outstanding athletes. The show debuts Tuesday, Jan. 23 at 5:30 p.m. on Sun Sports.
John Dunlap is in Jacksonville, to feature Shaune Frasier, who is one of three swimmers from Bolles who made the team.
Lee Gordon is at the state's capital to introduce us to Joseph Ziegler, who won both the 2A 200-yard freestyle, and the 500-yard freestyle.
Chelsea Nauta is one of six swimmers to return from the 2004-05 All-State Swimming and Diving Team, and John McQuiston is in Tampa to see how she trains for swimming success.
Amy Modglin is the lone freshman on the Pinch A Penny team. Bernie Guenther is in Fort Myers with the freshman-phenom.
Steve Nissim is in the panhandle to talk to Washington junior Morgan Farrell.
For the fourth time in his high school career, Alex Forbes is once again on the Pinch-A-Penny All-State team. Christina Vitale catches up with the Lyman senior.
Down south, Alan Hurwitz is at the pool with Pine Crest junior Joey Pedraza.
Jason Alpert is in Coral Gables with Julianne Lago, who won the 1A 100 butterfly, with the best time in state in all classifications.
