Recommendation #1
The length of JV games will be 30 minutes.
Recommendation #2
Increase the number of officials at the FHSAA Finals to include a 4th official.
b) SCAC Recommendations
Recommendation #1
Submit an NFHS rule change for home teams to wear dark uniforms and visiting teams wear white.
Recommendation #2
Allow two 5-minute sudden-victory overtime periods during the regular season for varsity teams.

a) SCAC Recommendations
Recommendation #1
Revise the state series bracket to allow the district champion and runner-up to meet in the region final.
Recommendation #2
Allow the “timeout” for water breaks in each half to be optional.
Recommendation #3
Return to the traditional diagonal system instead of the double dual system.
b) FACA Recommendations
Recommendation #1
Move the officials test date to before the girls’ season.
c) OAC Recommendations
Recommendation #1
Require coaches to attend a FHSAA field clinic once every 4 years.
Recommendation #2
An athlete that receives 2 yellow cards shall be subject to the FHSAA’s policy on unsportsmanlike conduct.
Recommendation #3
A player or coach who has received a total of five cautions in one season shall be subject to the provisions of the FHSAA policy on Unsporting Conduct. Each three additional cautions shall result in additional FHSAA action.
Recommendation #4
Any team that receives four or more red cards during a regular season will be declared ineligible for all postseason play.
