Requirement: A representative from the school must attend the meeting.

Other arrangements: If a representative cannot attend the meeting, the school may make a request to be excused in writing to the FHSAA Senior Director of Athletic Operations in advance of the meeting.

Important note: If a school fails to have a representative in attendance at the district meeting, and they have both a boys and a girls team in a sport, then the fine is double ($100; one fine of $50 for each sport for which a commitment to participate exists). If the girls and boys head coach is the same person, and the school does not have a representative at the district meeting, the school will receive one $50 fine.
