State Series Pass

State Series Passes may be used at district, regional and FHSAA state championship events. Two passes are issued to the school at no cost at the beginning of each school year, one for the principal and one for the athletic director or FHSAA representative. If the principal is the FHSAA representative, one pass will be issued. These passes shall bear names. Each school has the option to purchase additional passes, some of which shall bear no specific names and may be used by persons designated by the principal or his/her designee. The following restrictions apply to use of all passes issued, whether or not they bear names.

  1. The school principal or his/her designee shall determine users of the generic passes.
  2. All pass users shall be at least 18 years of age.
  3. These passes are not intended for use by students and must not be issued to students.
  4. The pass will admit the holder only. Accompanying spouses, children and other family members or friends must purchase a ticket for the event.
  5. Users must present a valid government issued photo ID (ie: driver’s license, etc.) along with the pass. If not presented along with the pass, entrance to the event will be denied.
  6. Users must be prepared to sign a pass gate sign-in sheet when entering, indicating their name, type of pass, and pass number.
  7. If the tournament manager determines the event is sold out, passes cannot be honored.
  8. Exceptions to this use policy must be approved in advance by the Executive Director of the Florida High School Athletic Association.
  9. Improperly used passes will be confiscated by the host and returned to the FHSAA. Once confiscated, the pass/passes will not be valid for the remainder of the school year.

Fines will be assessed for misuse and offending schools may be restricted from purchasing passes in future years.
Schools may order State Series Passes via the AT14 form online.
