Important Notice Regarding Classifieds

1. Classified submissions must be submitted via e-mail by an identified member school Athletic Director or FHSAA Representative ONLY to classifieds@fhsaa.org. No other person will be allowed to post a request. In order to be posted, submissions must include a contact name and a phone number and/or e-mail address.

2. Classified submissions will be posted in the order in which they are received, and will remain posted for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from date of receipt unless otherwise requested. If positions, tournaments, or open dates are filled before the thirty day period expires, it is the sole responsibility of the submitting school to contact the FHSAA and have the classified removed. Classifieds will be posted within four (4) business days, as submitted; however, time to post may vary depending upon seasonal considerations.

3. Classified submissions for available positions must include an application deadline. Classifieds advertising open positions without an application deadline may not be posted.

4. Classified replies should be directed to individual contacts, not the FHSAA office. Include a telephone number, fax number, or e-mail address to use in the event that readers have questions regarding the classified posting.

5. The FHSAA reserves the right to edit or refuse to publish any classified submissions on grounds including (but not limited to) content, length, and administrative discretion. This forum is intended to provide facilitation of party-to-party communication ONLY, and as such, the FHSAA disclaims any responsibility, express or implied, for inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information. Online Classifieds are provided as a convenience to FHSAA members and non-members alike, and schools are encouraged to explore alternative methods of advertising openings, not solely relying on the FHSAA web site.
