In order to ensure fairness, the number of teams advancing to finals in each division will not be pre-determined. The number of finalists will be decided by looking at the natural point break from the semifinal competition and also the number of semifinalists. The number of finalists and final competition times listed in the Order of Competition are estimates and may change depending on the number of teams who advance.
