Q: I downloaded a file, but it saved with a different extension than EPS or JPG. What should I do?
A) Try to change the extension to ".eps" or ".jpg", concurrent with the format you attempt to download, and open the file.
B) If the image loads into a new window, click + drag the image on your desktop, or select "Save As" from the file menu. Do not change the name of the file or the extension when using the "Save As" download method, or the file will become corrupt.
C) Some AOL members may have difficulties downloading images with the AOL browser. We recommend Internet Explorer.
NOTE: If you did not receive the file, or it appears to be corrupt, click the file link again to try and re-download the image. For more information about FHSAA licensing, e-mail licensing@fhsaa.org.
