Fall 2009 student population report form available
Deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. Nov. 6
Member public schools are reminded to report the total number of students who were enrolled and/or attended for any period of time your school in the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades only as counted during the week of Oct. 12-16, 2009. If your school is not in session during that time, you must use the alternate week approved for the FTE survey in your school. If a student is absent during any or all days of this week but is otherwise enrolled in your school, the student must be counted as enrolled. Member private schools are allowed to submit population numbers at this time. Do not include students in the 8th grade or lower. This report must be completed and submitted not later than 5 p.m. EDT Friday, Nov. 6, 2009. Questions about the report should be directed to the FHSAA Membership Services department at ext. 400 or technical issues should be directed to the network administrator at extension 120.
