Chiles (Tallahassee), held off competition at the 2017 Class 3A Girls Cross Country State Championship to claim its fourth team title in school history. Ana Wallace of Chiles paced all runners in the event, as she took the top overall individual spot.

Competition from the 2018 Florida High School Class 1A State Tennis Championships in Altamonte Springs. St. Andrew's (Boca Raton) claimed the girls team title, while Out-of-Door (Sarasota) finished as the top overall team for the boys.

Oviedo claimed its first ever boys cross country team crown at the 2017 Class 4A Boys Cross Country State Championship. Banjamin Hartvigsen of Sarastoa claimed the top individual honor.

Spruce Creek (Port Orange), led by 169 lb. individual champion Vincent Sneed, claimed the 2018 Class 2A team title at the Boys Weightlifting State Championships in Panama City Beach. Making it the school's 27th overall title in the sport.

Bringing home their first-ever girls volleyball title, Christ's Church Academy (Jacksonville) defeated First Baptist (Naples) in the 2017 Class 3A Girls Volleyball State Championships held at UNF Arena in Jacksonville.

Choctawhatchee (Fort Walton Beach) claimed its first ever title, taking home the Class 7A crown at the UNF Arena in Jacksonville during the 2017 Girls Volleyball State Championships.

Coral Springs Charter's Crystal Singh claimed the individual competition title at the 2017 Florida High School Girls Bowling State Championships from Boardwalk Bowl in Orlando.

Hialeah took down Lake Mary convincingly en route to the 2018 Girls Water Polo State Championship - the school's first title.

Berkeley Prep (Tampa) defeated Lake Highland Prep (Orlando) in a five-set match to claim the 2017 Class 5A Girls Volleyball State Championship during the event in Jacksonville.
