Westminster Christian (Miami) celebrates a 4-2 victory over Oxbridge Academy (West Palm Beach) in the 2017 Class 4A state championship softball game, claiming the first softball title since 2014.

Nease (Ponte Vedra) captures the first baseball championship in school history after defeating King (Tampa) 11-0 in Class 7A action at the 2017 state championships.

Michael Phillips of Chiles (Tallahassee) crossed the finish line first at the 2016 Florida High School 3A Boys Cross Country State Championship in Tallahassee. Creekside (St. Johns) earned its second consecutive team title.
